Processing Time:
Each board is handcrafted with attention to detail. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We strive to offer fair and competitive shipping costs.

Shipping Times:
Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after processing.

Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can monitor your package’s journey to you.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sweet Bee Artisan Boards. If for any reason you are not, please review our return policy:

Returns:
We accept returns on unused and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Custom orders are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect or damage.

How to Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact form or email us at Shawn@SweetBeeBoards.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Warranty

At Sweet Bee Artisan Boards, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We offer the following warranty:

Warranty Coverage:
Our boards come with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care.

How to Claim:
If you believe your board has a defect, please contact us through our contact form or email us at Shawn@SweetBeeBoards.com with your order number and details of the issue. We may ask for photos to assess the situation. If the defect is covered by our warranty, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

Exclusions:
Custom laser engravings and modifications made after purchase are not covered by this warranty.
